• Bookings for the Sacrament of Baptism must be made at least 1 month in advance and preferably on Sundays.
• Bookings for the Sacrament of Marriage must be made at least 6 months in advance.
• Sacrament of Confirmation for children and Rite of Christian Initiation for Adults (RCIA): The parish also has a program in place for those wanting to be received into the Catholic Church or recommit themselves after a period of absence.

3. Purpose of request: (e.g. for marriage, validation of marriage, confirmation, etc.)
4. Requested Format: A) Digital copy ONLY OR B) Digital and Physical* copy – indicate suggested pickup date and time

* If you would like a physical copy of your certificate, our parish office is only staffed on Mondays & Thursdays 10am to 4pm, and Saturdays 10am to 3pm. Please indicate your suggested pickup date and time. Please allow some time for us to confirm when the certificate will be ready for pickup.
